Classic chess is a strategic two-player board game played on an 8×8 grid consisting of 64 squares. Each player begins with 16 pieces: one king, one queen, two rooks, two bishops, two knights, and eight pawns. The objective is to checkmate your opponent’s king, putting it under threat of capture with no escape. The game can be played against artificial intelligence or with a friend on the same device. Additionally, the game offers features to solve various chess puzzles.
